Developers of Batman: Arkham Knight, Rocksteady Studios, have been active on Steam, indicating that the game may receive new features.
According to the Steam database, a new private branch called patch_test has recently been added to the game. The latest update was released just four days ago. This suggests that the developers are testing a new patch for the game, which could introduce new features after years of no updates.
In 2021, a massive leak from NVIDIA revealed that Batman: Arkham Knight RTX Remaster was in the works. Therefore, the new patch may include ray tracing support or NVIDIA DLSS, among other things.
Batman: Arkham Knight is an exceptional open-world game and one of the best titles featuring Gotham City’s Dark Knight. One of its standout features is the inclusion of the Batmobile, which adds various gameplay possibilities, including vehicle combat.
The game is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. It will soon be released on the Nintendo Switch as part of the Arkham Trilogy collection.
