The studio took to X (Twitter) to share its feelings about the cyberattack, stating that the aftermath has been “extremely distressing.” Insomniac also reassured fans that the development of the upcoming Wolverine game, titled ”Marvel’s Wolverine,” will continue as planned.
The studio began by expressing gratitude towards supportive fans who rallied around them in the comments section, and then went on to describe the impact the cyberattack had on its employees. “We are both saddened and angered by the recent criminal cyberattack on our studio and the emotional toll it has taken on our development team,” the studio wrote. “We have been focusing on supporting each other internally over the past few days.”
