Germany denies accusations of involvement in Gaza genocide at International Court of Justice

Germany refutes allegations⁢ of aiding genocide in Gaza by⁢ selling​ arms⁣ to Israel, as claimed in a case brought by Nicaragua at the UN ⁣court. This legal battle highlights the growing support ⁤for Palestinians ‍through‍ legal actions.

Tania von Uslar-Gleichen, a legal adviser for the‍ German Foreign Ministry, argued at the International Court of Justice ‍(ICJ) that Nicaragua’s case lacks ‍evidence and jurisdiction, urging its dismissal.
