Fisker Unveils New Details on its Alaska Electric Pickup: The Morning After

Fisker has provided additional details about its Alaska electric pickup, stating⁤ that it will have a starting price of $45,400. The Alaska is designed to be a practical vehicle for work purposes, allowing users to manage their business from the driver’s seat. It features dedicated storage for work gloves ⁢and cowboy hats, a slide-out laptop ⁢tray, and a spacious cup⁣ holder‍ capable of⁤ holding a⁢ day’s worth ‍of water.

The default flatbed measures 4.5⁢ feet,‌ but the partition can be dropped to increase it ‍to 7.5 feet. By lowering the seats and liftgate, the length⁣ can be extended ⁤to 9.2 feet, providing enough space ⁤to transport multiple sheets ⁣of plywood between jobs. However, while Fisker claims ‌that this will be‌ one of the lightest and ‌most affordable electric pickups in its class, the actual cost⁤ will only ⁤be determined when⁢ it is released in 2025.
