Exciting news for Nintendo fans! The highly popular Delta emulator, originally released for iPhone on the App Store, is now being optimized for the iPad. Developer Riley Testut recently announced on Threads that the iPad version is in the final stages of development. Thanks to Apple’s updated stance on game emulators, the iPad app is now a top priority. For those eager to try it out early, subscribers to Testut’s Patreon can access it through the AltStore. Otherwise, the official release will be included in Delta’s upcoming major update, version 1.6.
In addition, Testut provided a sneak peek of how the emulator will perform on the iPad. Delta, known as the successor to GBA4iOS, supports a variety of Nintendo systems such as NES, SNES, N64, and DS. With the iPad version nearing completion, it won’t be long before users can enjoy their favorite Nintendo games on a larger screen.
