Downloading and installing Apple’s developer betas is now free of charge.

Apple has updated its developer program, allowing anyone to access the beta operating systems without paying the annual $99 fee. Previously, developers had to download and install a configuration profile on a per-device basis, but the system now allows users to install betas simply.
