The highly anticipated sequel to Breath of the Wild, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, is just two months away and there are still many unanswered questions about the game. Fans are eagerly waiting to find out how different it will be from the 2017 open-world game. Fortunately, Nintendo has announced a new gameplay deep dive that will possibly answer many of these questions.
On Tuesday, March 28, series producer Eiji Aonuma will debut a 10-minute gameplay demo on YouTube at 10:00 a.m. ET. This demo will hopefully shed light on the new gameplay mechanics and mysteries that await players in Tears of the Kingdom’s world. Fans are particularly curious about the broken Master Sword and the new powers that Link’s cursed arm holds.
Despite being teased as far back as 2019, we’ve heard relatively little about Tears of the Kingdom compared to what we knew about Breath of the Wild two months before its release. While there have been a few trailers with intriguing nuggets for fans to parse, tomorrow’s 10-minute preview will actually be more informative than all of the existing footage Nintendo has shown up to this point combined.
