Jetragon is widely known as one of the top Pals and flying mounts in Palworld, but capturing one can be quite challenging. Located in the volcanic regions of the game, near Mount Obsidian, this Level 50 Alpha Pal requires players to have a minimum level of 30 and the necessary gear to reach its location. Even then, facing off against this formidable dragon can be tough for under-leveled characters.
However, there is a clever technique that some players have successfully used to capture Jetragon. Reddit user u/JT_Scout_Photography demonstrated this method in a video, where they threw a Pal Sphere at the back of the Jetragon and then lured it off a cliff, causing significant fall damage. While this method may seem simple, it can be quite challenging to execute, as the Pal may not always follow the character down the cliff, requiring multiple attempts.
Another more reliable method involves freezing Jetragon using an Ice Pal and then using a partner skill like Mossanda’s Grenadier Panda to push the level 50 Alpha off the cliff. Although this method may not be as straightforward as luring the Pal off the cliff, it is an alternative for players who struggle with the first technique.
