Chrome and Safari users can now access Bing Chat with OpenAI technology


According to The Verge, Microsoft’s Bing Chat is no longer exclusive to the ⁣Edge ⁣browser and⁢ is now being rolled ⁣out to ⁤Chrome and Safari. ⁣A Microsoft​ spokesperson ⁢stated, “We are currently ⁣testing Bing Chat ⁣in⁤ Safari ​and Chrome with ​select users. It appears that ‌this is more than just ⁣a‌ small test, as⁤ several ⁤users (including myself on Chrome⁢ but not Safari) have already⁢ gained access. However, there are‍ a few limitations. Users must be logged into their Microsoft account, and prompts are limited to⁤ 2,000 ‍characters‌ instead of ⁣4,000 on Edge. ​Additionally, conversations reset after five queries instead of 30, and there is a constant prompt ⁢to download Edge (typical ‍Microsoft).
