Spanning over 8 million square feet, this factory is responsible for producing more than 60% of all BMWs sold in the U.S., amounting to over 1,500 vehicles manufactured daily.
Within the body shop, robots utilize AI to weld between 300 and 400 metal studs onto the frame of each SUV. This amounts to approximately half a million studs applied by machines every day, now managed by AI.
