In a highly rare case, a 32-year-old psychologist in Britain died 10 days after receiving his first dose of AstraZeneca’s Covid vaccine. According to a report released by a London coroner on Wednesday, Dr. Stephen Wright developed blood clots and passed away on Jan. 26, 2021, due to the “unintended consequences of vaccination.” His widow, Charlotte Wright, is suing AstraZeneca.
The report revealed that Dr. Wright, who lived in Kent, England, suffered from a stroke, bleeding in the brain, vaccine-induced thrombosis, and thrombocytopenia, a condition that occurs when the platelet level in the blood is abnormally low.
Since 2021, researchers have reported rare cases of people developing the blood-clotting syndrome known as TTS after receiving the Johnson & Johnson or AstraZeneca Covid vaccines, which are similar. These cases typically occur within weeks of vaccination.
