Amazon, one of the world’s largest employers with over 1.54 million employees, has filed a legal document claiming that the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is unconstitutional. The NLRB is responsible for protecting workers‘ rights and has accused Amazon of discrimination against workers at a Staten Island warehouse who voted to unionize. This is not the first time a company has challenged the NLRB’s constitutionality. SpaceX and Trader Joe’s have also made similar claims in recent lawsuits.
