The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom features some of the best side quests that players can enjoy while on a mission to save Princess Zelda. These optional missions offer players the chance to acquire useful gear, weapons, and upgrades that can enhance their gameplay experience. With so many side quests to choose from, it can be challenging to determine which ones are worth pursuing.
Aside from side quests, players can also engage in other activities such as creating new weapon combinations with Fuse, building vehicles with Ultrahand, or exploring new areas with Recall and Ascend. Despite the urgency of saving the Princess, players can take their time to complete these quests and activities.
One of the best side quests in Tears of the Kingdom is finding all the Bubbul Gems. By killing Bubbulfrogs in caves and bringing the gems to Koltin, players can earn valuable rewards such as pieces of the Mystic armor set and Koltin’s Fabric, a unique Paraglider material that glows in the dark.
“A Call From The Depths” is another must-do side quest that takes players to the Depths below Hyrule. By returning four stone eyes to a Bargainer Statue, players can earn a Heart Container or Stamina Vessel and gain access to trading with the statue for the Dark and Depths armor sets.
For players in search of the coolest new weapons, “The Mother Goddess Statue” quest is a must-do. By obtaining a claw from three dragons and repairing the giant Mother Goddess Statue in the Forgotten Temple, players can earn the White Sword of the Sky, a beautiful white-and-blue blade that deals a sizable 24 base attack damage.
