NEW⁣ YORK (AP) — United States Steel‌ Corp. said Sunday that it ​rejected a ⁤$7.3​ billion buyout proposal from rival Cleveland‍ Cliffs and was ⁣reviewing “strategic alternatives” after receiving ​several ⁤unsolicited offers.
