An ⁢interesting trend has emerged among users of popular weight loss and diabetes medications known ‍as GLP-1s – they are not only losing their appetites but also reducing their food expenses.

Results from a recent Morgan Stanley survey reveal⁢ that a majority of GLP-1 users⁢ are cutting back on dining out and ordering takeout, with a smaller percentage opting⁢ to save money on groceries as‍ well.

This shift⁣ in consumer behavior raises ⁣concerns⁤ about the potential impact on the profits ⁤of major restaurant chains ⁣and‌ snack manufacturers like Doritos,‌ Oreos, and Hershey’s‍ Kisses. ‌Notable GLP-1 medications include Novo Nordisk’s Wegovy and Ozempic, ‍as well as Eli Lilly’s⁤ Zepbound.
