The stock market is currently experiencing a bubble, but this doesn’t mean it’s time to panic and sell off stocks. According to Capital Economics, the S&P 500 still has the potential for a 30% increase by the end of 2025.
Capital Economics chief markets economist John Higgins emphasized that the stock market bubble is expected to continue inflating through the end of next year. Their forecast for the index by the end of 2025 is 6,500, based on reaching a similar valuation level to its peak during the dot com mania.
