Anna Tsiviliova, the second cousin once removed of Vladimir Putin, has been named as the state secretary – deputy minister of defense in Russia by the President himself.
As a state secretary in the Russian Federation, Tsiviliova will serve as a deputy minister in a federal ministry, overseeing interactions with the Federal Assembly, state bodies, and public organizations.
