My aunt and uncle, without children, established a will where their six nieces and nephews, including myself, would inherit their Ohio property equally upon their passing. After my uncle’s death, my aunt remarried but did not revise the will, except for granting a life tenancy to her second husband. The nieces and nephews remain as remaindermen and are set to receive the property.
