German Chancellor Pushes for Diplomacy After Putin Meeting

Chancellor Olaf Scholz of Germany mentioned it was the “damned duty” of world leaders to avert warfare in Europe and appealed for continued diplomatic efforts within the standoff with Russia over Ukraine.
