At just 18 years old, Aishat Magomedova was abducted by her own relatives from Dagestan. Reports from “Ostorojno, novosti” reveal that Aishat resided in Moscow with her aunts while her parents stayed back in Dagestan. Constant clashes with her aunts, who disapproved of her independence, led Aishat to save up and move to a shared apartment in Lyublino with a friend.
She took the precaution of changing her SIM card but would occasionally call her mother to assure her that she was safe. However, her relatives quickly traced her and began to pursue her. Aishat’s friend recounted how her father and uncle issued threats, accusing her of bringing shame to the family. One day, a car filled with men approached them, hurling threats at Aishat.
In early June, Aishat’s mother and aunt paid an unexpected visit to her apartment, causing a scene initially but eventually agreeing to let her live independently. Unfortunately, on the morning of July 31, Aishat’s father and uncle forcefully entered her apartment, assaulted her, confiscated her passport, and forcibly took her away without her belongings.
Despite a neighbor’s call to the police, no help arrived, leaving Aishat’s whereabouts unknown. Concerned friends revealed her fragile health condition, emphasizing her inability to cope with stress, yet her parents seem indifferent, relying on faith for her well-being.
