Reports indicate that a minimum of 14 individuals have lost their lives in the Philippines due to the destructive effects of Tropical Storm Trami. The storm has caused severe flooding in villages, overflowing rivers, and necessitated the evacuation of tens of thousands as it neared the eastern coastline.
