A day after AT&T reported earnings for its first quarter, Jeff McElfresh, CEO of communications, has reportedly been named the service’s chief working officer.
In 2019, McElfresh, who had been engaged on 5G initiatives, assumed the function of CEO of communications. McElfresh was named COO in an inside message, the corporate confirmed to Fierce Wireless.
Several different executives have reportedly shifted roles, like Thaddeus Arroyo, beforehand CEO of AT&T’s client enterprise, who’s now been named chief technique and growth officer.
